Shipping policy
All items at Flagshirt365 Store are produced on a made-to-order basis. Once an order is placed, the item enters production and is printed specifically for that customer.
The delivery times given here are estimates. You can find more detailed information during checkout after you have added products to your basket. Your delivery time depends, among other things, on the type and number of products as well as the selected finishing technique.
Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. This timeframe does not include shipping transit time.
Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier selected at checkout.
Order Cancellation
To protect your order and reduce production errors, you may request an order change or cancellation within 5 hours of placing your order. Requests made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund.
After this window, your order will begin processing and enter production. Once production has started, order details can no longer be modified or canceled. After an order has been shipped, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.

FOR MULTIPLE-ITEM ORDERS
If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced and shipped separately depending on the product type and production location.
Items from the same category are typically fulfilled together. However, products from different categories (for example, a T-shirt and a Decal) may be processed at different facilities and shipped in separate packages. When this occurs, each shipment will include its own tracking information. You may receive your items on different delivery dates.
We understand that receiving separate packages at different times may be unexpected, and we apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
Delivery Guarantee
If your order has not been delivered within 60 days from the shipment date, please contact us at support@flagshirt365.com
We will investigate the shipment with the carrier, which typically takes 3–5 business days. If the order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund for the affected item.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Prices displayed on our website are listed in US Dollars and do not include import duties or local taxes.
Depending on your country’s regulations, customs duties, import taxes, or related fees may be applied once your order reaches its destination. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Any delays caused by customs processing are outside of our control. For specific information regarding potential charges, please contact your local customs office.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order, including street number, street name, and ZIP/postal code.
Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to modify the shipping address due to production and carrier schedules.
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout BY the customer, or if delivery attempts are unsuccessful (including refusal of the package), the shipment may be returned or deemed undeliverable by the carrier. In these cases, we are unable to offer a refund for the order.
If you believe an address error has occurred, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist within our capacity.
